From the first ever framework knitters of the 16th Century to the shawl that swaddled the latest Royal arrival, Nottingham has proved to be a progressive influence in the world of knitting, textiles and design with a history that is second to none.
Nottingham Yarn Expo aims to celebrate contemporary design, wonderful products and 'The Maker'.
NYE is housed in the award winning Newton and Arkwright Buildings in Nottingham City Centre. It has excellent communication links and a tram stop that is just metres from the front door. The tram network links the train station and convenient park and ride facilities to the venue making it very accessible.
NYE is a truly wonderful place to showcase your product and to browse the delights on offer. With designers and makers from Britain, Europe and the US this is a yarn show that is definitely not to be missed. Did we mention that there will be fantastic live music too?
Exhibitors will benefit from:
- Extended unloading slots in the venue loading bay.
- All day set-up from 6am until 10pm on the Saturday
- Dedicated height unrestricted parking (ideal for both cars and vans) just two minutes walk from the venue.
